Digital literacies and my identities

 Hello, my name is shireen salmaa (35) from XI-7. So today my teacher ms.Wiwin told the class to make a blog about anything appeared in my mind when I heared Digital literacies and my identities. And here we go!!

First, what I think is digital literacies is so much extensive, it is included social media,privacy,digital footprints,etc.

 But what I want to share is social media because nowadays so many people have social media in any platform which is very interesting to talk and discuss. Social media make us so easy to find any information or get it out of the blue that we dont have any intention but suddenly found it.

 Today, we post everything to social media. Have u ever seen a new student uploading their twibbon to insta/tiktok? Or have u seen an account that discuss anything about college/school/study tips? Look how Social media is so important to nowadays people life's, even student that is still under 17 who is a minor really need it, also me, I really need social media to find any information about my hobbies,school,college,scholarships,game,etc. That must be important

Second, this is the struggle of social media itself.. Privacy. We need privacy everywhere we go, of course we will be so uncomfortable if someone who is stranger stalked/searching for our information too much. 

The only solution to it is dont share your information too much. Moreover, if its personal identities that could bring people who knows it stalk and follow you around, maybe such as school,full real name,home address,identity card,parents name,etc. I think if you share it inadvertent and you realize and see it, go delete it right now before bad strangers misused it.

Maybe if you are so so so famous or something called celebrity (whether its a big/small celeb) people would like to interrupt your privacy more than any other ordinary people

Third, digital footprint. This is also a thing that appeared into my mind when I heard digital literacies and Identities

I dont have many words to say but all I want to say is be careful what you  post,comment,share,etc. Because digital footprints can change how people see you.
